we made a trip to penang on 8 to 10 dec 06, my family, ys and me... my craving for penang asam laksa finally satisfied!

we went to visit the temples there, one half way building a super huge temple with a super huge kuan yin statue there... ys even had to help them carry their huge frame of writings and i had to adjust it properly

the beaches there wasnt very nice and clean already cos of the tsunami i think...and i saw these little thingies all over the beach which actually came out in the papers calling them dunno what 'sea potato' or wateva...so wierd, i thought they were jellyfish...and they spat at yihshin hhaha... there were so many of those things that were covering the beach like a blanket...ok not really a blanket la but evrywhere you walk it's unavoidable to step on it

i just love penang...the stuff there are so cheap and their pasar malam stretch is seriously dem long...walk until pasar malam can become pasar pagi
